Your home or property will be entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so that every REALTOR in the North Georgia area will have access to information regarding your property.
Since greater than 80% of all clients are using the internet to search for properties, I concentrate the majority of my marketing on the web. Your home is 500% more likely to sell via the internet than through the newspaper.

A slide show of your home will be placed on the MLS and numerous web sites.
A lockbox will be placed on your home. This lockbox will provide a secure way for all Northeast Georgia Realtors to show your home. I will download information from the lockbox to keep tabs on the number of showings and to get feedback from REALTORS who have viewed your home.
If permissible within your development, an information box and sign will be placed in your yard so that passersby will have access to information regarding your home.
Other REALTORS will have a chance to view your home when it is shown during REALTOR'S "Caravan."
I will keep you updated on a regular basis concerning the advertising of your property, and will be available to discuss any questions or comments you have concerning the marketing.
